Frequently Asked Questions

You will receive 4 U.K plug sockets, enough to charge several devises. These sockets will be located within your reception counter, or lockable cupboard.

Please send your video to ellie@exposedesigns.co.uk before Friday 22nd August 2025. We will upload your video to a USB and play it on a loop. 

If you wish to instead stream content through a laptop, please note you will require a HDMI cable. These can be provided upon request.

The location of your TV will be outlined within the provided artwork specifications. If you wish to re-locate this, there will be a £120.00 charge. Please contact ellie@exposedesigns.co.uk if you wish to do so. 

All artwork is to be sent to ellie@exposedesigns.co.uk before Friday 15th August 2025. We recommend wetransfer.com for sending over large files.

Images to be 300 dpi at print size (100%) to ensure quality reproduction.

• All fonts must be embedded or converted to outlines
• Any transparency must be flattened
• Keep important information at least 25mm away from edges where possible (safe area) • 50mm bleed on all sides required
• No crop marks

Please supply logos as editable EPS files wherever possible, to ensure best reproduction in both print and online documents.

Stand dressing can be completed Monday 15th September 2025 from 15:00 until 20:00.
